You may be too busy and too occupied with more important things than cleaning – and that’s where we come in. Our qualified technicians do the job right. Proper cleaning ensures health and safety and uses high-quality products and services.
Initial cleaning, rent ready, move in/move out and monthly or occasionally (at then current rate per hour). A 50% non-refundable deposit for estimated job cost is due at the time of scheduling remaining balance owed once job is completed including property management companies.
* Rates are subject to increase at PRMF Cleaning’s discretion during any contract period and/or hire.
** Cleaning above 7′, rates higher.
PLEASE NOTE: Full days reserved in advance require a written agreement form to be signed for future services rendered.
